Producers Zeus Zamani and Justin Jones of Thriller Films have entered into a production partnership with Aroma Studios and United Brothers Cinema. The new multi-picture and TV deal, set to break the Cairo-based companies into the American TV and film market, is launching with the suspense thriller ‘First List’, a 44-minute per episode, with eight-episodes per season, television series, filming in Los Angeles.

An international cast has already signed on including Aussie actor Martin Dingle Wall, known for Simon West’s ‘Gun Shy’ opposite Antonio Banderas, Eve Mauro (Crepitus), Jaclyn Hales (Extinct) and Brian Krause (Charmed).

Directed by Majdi Smiri, the thrilling new series follows Will Scott (Martin Dingle Wall), one of the FBI’s leading cryptanalysts, when he is hired to crack a heavily coded document discovered by the FBI.  Scott soon realizes that it’s a hit list, and finds himself in the crosshairs of the bad guys who want their list back. After they fake his death to keep him off the FBI’s radar, he struggles to stay one step ahead of the hit list, all while navigating muddled family issues with his young daughter, ex-wife and betrayal by those closest to him.

Thriller International, which is hoping to bridge the U.S and Egyptian entertainment industries, is handling the selling of the finished project to TV networks and/or the major digital platforms.
