Hope you’ll join us for an evening of Laugh-Out-Loud comedy on Thursday, March 7, 2013 to benefit Make A Film Foundation (MAFF). Hosted by Quddus and starring late-night regular, the hilarious and adorable Wendy Liebman, stand-up comic Kerri Pomarolli, along with Zach Cumer (‘iCarly’), Miranda May (‘The Heartbreak Kid’); musical performances by Greg Scott & Olivia Faye and Special Appearance by Jackson Rathbone (‘The Twilight Sagas’), Kaitlin Doubleday (‘Catch Me If You Can’) and recording artist Abraham McDonald and many other celebrities.
MAFF teams children who have serious life-threatening medical conditions with film industry professionals to help them create short film legacies. We grant children with various medical challenges their film dreams. These children get to write and star in their own movie with the help of noted actors, writers and directors.
Our most recent movie was written by 15 year old Rina Goldberg, adapted by Diablo Cody (Juno), directed by Jon Poll (Charlie Bartlett) and starred Bailee Madison (Parental Guidance), Hailee Steinfeld (True Grit) and Jackson Rathbone (Twilight). www.eventbrite.com/event/5448705224
